The first step in our process is an onsite consultation. During this time we will perform a comprehensive walk through of the property, take measurements and determine the best areas of the home to highlight. After the initial consultation, an Interior Designer from the Lafayette Custom Interiors team will hand select furniture and decor while considering the architectural style of the home and buyer appeal. On your scheduled staging day, the Lafayette Custom Interiors team will handle all of the heavy lifting. We will transform your home to appeal to your ideal buyer. After an offer is accepted and inspections are complete, we will return within ten business days to remove all of the furniture and decor.
