The full service furniture and décor package can include the following information:
-Space plan
-Selection of area rug, furniture, fabric, lighting, art, accessories, bedding, wallcovering, paint color, and
window treatment design
All design packages include a final Design Guide that provides the information needed to implement the design in your space. This can include the following:
-Drawings to communicate design intent
-Images and identifying information for all items specified (item number, dimensions, purchasing sources)
-Shopping list to simplify the ordering process

Every project is unique and we customize our design fee to reflect the scope of each project. You will notice that many of our previous projects require more or less involvement than the fees outlined above and we customize our pricing to serve these clients accordingly.
